Please update app. It crashes frequently and video also playing in a low quality and I cannot see anyway to change the quality option. Using Android 10 OS. It used to work nicely on Android 9 OS.

The best yoga app with detailed demo of postures and practices. Especially the "Overall Well-being" section that teaches Yog Namaskar is miraculous. I had severe back ache and i was unable to walk even. I just did yoga namaskar once a day and i was much better in two days. And in one week, my back ache had totally gone. I kept doing it regularly. After a month I went to Sikkim and it was very hectic journey but i never had any back ache. Thank you Sadhguru for designing such Yoga Tools.

this is a remarkable app where the practices are explained detailedly and what those practices can yeild if we do it daily. One can notice instant results like feeling more active and awake after soon after doing these simple practices. what I would like to suggest is to add features like sharing option for the installation link and reward points for sharing which can be used for discount on the products in "ISHA SHOPPE" online store. namaskaram 🙏

Best yoga practice for beginners. Just after 3 days of proper practice i started noticing that my days were going smoothly without me feeling sleepy in the afternoon or getting distracted in the evening.

I don't usually write reviews but I had to for this. It has taught me a lot already, now I just need to be consistent with it. The videos do stop playing on their own and I have to keep clicking back on the screen to start the video , that's my only issue, I would have given it a 5 star if it wasn't for that.
