This app is useless. I cannot contact the doctor i spoke to for a follow up for meds and when i tried to connect with a provider, the "updating medical records" loops at 0% and nothing happens. Ive reinstalled it, rebooted, everything i possibly can and nothing works. The care team and tech support is not helpful in any regard.

I keep hitting the LOGIN button and nothing happens. It keeps sending me to a Verification email. over and over again. So I tried to sign up "again" and I keep getting the Welcome back and here's your "verification email" the app is downloaded on my phone and it is NOT WORKING! NOW WHAT?

I felt that the CS connection app was just OK there were too many steps you have to take before you even get a visit. When you're feeling ill you just don't have the energy or thoughts to answer all these questions and click here and go there. But doctor Dr.Rad was great. I appreciate his patience and listening.

This app sucks. I don't understand why they moved the video visit now from the regular app to this one. It's convoluted and annoying. Change it back.

This app is no good. I have been trying to get help to no avail. It gives you the runaround. not sure it it is really meant to help people.

Not a fan of this new app. Too cumbersome. Had to re-enter all my info. The time it took setting up and having the chat was longer than if I had gone to urgent care. Old process of requesting virtual appt thru MyCSLink was much simpler. Dr. was nice.
