Fijne app. Werkt heel overzichtelijk en fijn. Kleine tip voor de trainers onder ons. Maak voor jezelf een route van 4 km. Deze afstand heb je zeker nodig. Pak rustige wegen want je zal veel slalom actie en aantikken op het midden van de weg moeten doen. Een drukke straat kan gevaarlijk zijn en je training verstoren. Succes !

Goede app, alleen jammer dat er geen 5+ training is, of een training waarbij je je eigen tijdsduur & niveau kan aangeven. Eenmaal op niveau 5 kan je de app niet meer gebruiken. Jammer, want hoe fitter, hoe beter toch?! Wat meer controle of zwaardere oefeningen zijn welkom!

Fijne app, alleen jammer dat de instructievideo bij mij niet werken. Enkele dagen geleden gedownload. Dacht dan worden de videos later toegevoegd. Maar n een paar keer opnieuw geïnstalleerd te hebben krijg ik nog steeds xe melding "de instructievideos zijn niet gedownload probeer het later nog eens" Maja het is niet dat daarom de app niet te gebruiken is.
