Ash Mc Donald is a nationally recognized Canadian Reiki Association Registered Practitioner and soon to be Reiki Master/Teacher and energy intuitive who draws on his gifts to gain insights on what is in his clients' highest alignment. He has gained a deep understanding of the body's energy system and integrative healing practices which placed him in the right position to help various individuals through the natural healing process. Having a rough childhood led him to seek to be the light he wants to see in the world, trying to show by example the world in a different view, offering helping hands to others in need.

More so, his unique ability towards helping others, This led him to acquire knowledge all around. Ash has a diploma occupational health and safety, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering as well as many other diplomas. Also, he is member of the Canadian Reiki association registered Practitioners, and a well certified Qi Gong Instructor as well as learning to become more of a medium. Over the past decade, countless individuals have experienced deeply transformative and long-term shift from his integrative formula of intuitive guidance, coaching, Reiki healing and mind + body wellness strategies.

Ash's philosophy of life is to be a blessing to others,. He believes everyone is either a blessing or a lesson and that we all have enough lessons. Overcoming his past and the circumstances he grew up in to be where and who he is today and trying to always be better tomorrow has been his greatest achievements.

During his free time, he enjoys helping others in need, educating people to a better life though lifestyle changes, and thought changes In spiritual practise, even doctors agree 90% of all illness begins in the mind and spirit. He enjoys the thrill of life in it's many forms from relaxing in good company, reading books to riding his motorcycle, or doing thrill-seeking. In his words “life is too short not to enjoy”. His best quote is “Who am I to judge another when I myself walk imperfectly, true leaders led by example not by forcing others, so be the change you want to see in this world"
