This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Marriott SmartCare on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.

The doctor that I chose is in the list of the smartcare app but when you call Aetna, the doctor is not in their system. This app has no updates so I feel that this app is not reliable to use. Last year, I saw the imaging center was in the app and went to do the procedure. Then when the benefit enrollment came and updated the app on my phone, I received a bill from the imaging center for $350. Then called Aetna and discovered that the imaging center is not in the plan but it was on my app before.
