I really want to like the MyStudio app and management system. Unfortunately the app is super slow and buggy. Everything takes an incredibly long time to load. The attendance function doesn't work. You can email one member or all members but it's not possible to communicate to a selected group. The MyStudio team are dedicated and passionate. It's not there yet but eventually they might have a really good product 🤞

I continually get "user does not exist" over and over again. Have been very frustrated with the lack of functionality of the app and the system in general since the update.

App has been broken for weeks 😡 can't log in. Says "user doesn't exist" but no options to sign in. Just a blank screen.

User does not exist cue white out screen with no options. Limited choices when it used to work.

Describe my experiance: it says user does not exist, I have been using the dumb app for over a year. Here I am deleting it and uninstalling it. So I can re install it and see if it will work right. I tried to use it to track student attendance. It was completely useless. It has other problems to many to mention. After I reinstalled it, it sorta worked. Now I am back deleting it again, and reinstalling it. And again, and again.....

As a mystudio customer for 2 years (since the company started) i have been very impressed with the development. Over time it has become clear that the direction things was going with having a student app was that we school owners needed something similar to manage our schools on the go, i am so pleased to see the launch of the mystudio business management app. It is only at stage one and there is lots still to be added, but it has the key functions already that we need 💪💪💪💪💪
