Just last Sunday it was working fine then starting on Monday, my phone kept saying ' Unfortunately, Mysejahtera has stopped' I have only 5 apps and none of it have this issue. If they are not supported by my phone IO like e-TouchnGo, it will inform me that I can't install. But I can install this and it doesn't work now. Please fix the bug created by your recent update or maintenance. This is not helping. I can't even afford dataplan so new phone is out of the question. Thank you.

The app recently has been horrible. I can't check my vaccination status, it kept loading so I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app numerous times due to login error saying my ID/passwords was wrong. Even though it wasn't. Tried using email, also the same problem. It returned to normal once and after I was able to confirm my vaccination, the problem returns! No matter what your excuses are, server is stacked or whatnot, this is an important app much so right now. It shouldn't happen.

Used for checkin to places during this pandemic. It's also used for application of vaccine. Overall just so so. Can be much better. It has potential to be only one device to cover everything but it missed out on that. It should have been place where the daily stats of the infected are shown, but instead, that data comes in form of daily images. The hotspot function is useless, as it only tell amount of ppl infect within 1km of my location. Becareful of the HIDE list which will flag you.

I can't login using Samsung Galaxy Grand2. (edited 15/7/2021) I tried reinstalled it few times. Still getting "Unfortunately, MySejahtera stopped working." notification. So I used the app using the other phone, it worked out fine. Probably because my phone is an old phone, the app didn't work. MySejahtera is good informational app. Thank you.

There seems to be an issue with the "Forget Password" function. It says that it has sent an email with instructions. It's been 1hr, and still no email. I thought that this function is normally automated, why does it take so long when your other automated replies are instant? Edited: It comes after the link is expired.

Suddenly the app had a glitch at 2pm today as I received a confirmation on vaccination appointment on 13 July 2021, without any info on the time & venue. Then, all of the sudden, my status of vaccination appointment stated "Unable to attend appointment". Note:NO NOTIFICATION AS above until 10pm of 13th July 2021. Is this another "allowed" errors for some Employment Agencies to make sure all their foreign workers got vaccinated 1st, much prior to citizen of Malaysia?This is soo unfair
