I am unable to take an appointment for the vaccination of my one year old son. It says "Sorry we are unable to connect your HIS. I did everything to know the reason but I could not find it out. I sent email, made phone calls and sent whatsapp messages but all gone in vain

It was working fine before but now unable to schedule appointment for my baby monthly vaccination giving message like "appointment booked has reached limit. Please get your dependent addition request approved." Where as i had booked and got vaccine by this app last time for my baby.

HIS technical error while taking appointment for child always which is making it difficult at the reception the staff talking rude for not taking appointment under child name
