The exercises are very helpful, but you only get 7 uses before your progress is halted by the premium upgrade pay wall. The computer generated voice is a bit annoying and often only partially audible, so you are left guessing the exercise discription. I understand they want to make money, but if we are putting up with ads, why can't we get the full 14 day basic package?

It's perfect at what's supposed to do (minimum 2 weeks needed to notice REAL chances in better. Also need do redo now and then if issues persist) I took 1 start off because: No communication when sending questions Can't chance 1st day of week You have the option to create your own plan however it's extremely time consuming (no filters) and no option for random/new programs Headphones don't cover all app sound (phone makes sound) You can set daily reminders but not every other day

This was very good initially. Exercises varied each day, however since day 7, I've been doing the same exercises, and ever day since then has been labelled as day 7 too. Moving to the next section, is possible after completing 14 days of the first exercise challenge - it seems as though the app doesn't want me to do so. A premium ad has started popping up - this shouldn't affect my use, as watching ads and not paying a fee is also possible. Fix the Groundhog Day issue, plus the app in general.

This app is incredible and probably the most comprehensive of its kind out there. It's a godsend for neck pain and the free version does everything you need, but if you wanna upgrade premium it's only a one-time payment of 3.99. Thank you to the devs for making this, fo real.

By far the best neck exercises I've seen ☺️ very easy to follow and various many exercises you'll fall in 💕 love with. Will get you feeling good in the neck and back and shoulders and etal as we know the body is one kinetic chain. I got the free version went into 2 days worth of neck workouts (all body weight) and fell in love and bought full version premium for $16 dollars it IS worth every penny, no more knots in my neck, amazing 😍 feel good stuff!

Great app with one little issue, when I'm using my ear buds the sound still plays through the phone speaker, can be a little annoying if other people are close by. Other than that not a bad app
