About this app

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) & Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) patients require to log their daily water intake, urine output, Blood Pressure, Weight, Periodic Serum Creatinine and those who are gone through Kidney Transplant requires to monitor their Tacrolimus Test Level whenever possible. These readings are essential key points for your consulting Nephrologist & Urologist doctor.

This is initial version of our project to help Renal patients who are suffering with CKD, AKI, Patients on dialysis or renal transplant / Kidney Transplant patients.

We have categorized each section with separate settings.

When you visit to the doctor, simply display all charts and measurements to your doctor and that will help them to get insights better way.

*Tacrolimus Level Test Log*
Tacrolimus also known as tacro level is key variable to help your renal transplant doctor to understand how is your immunosupressive medicines are working. Immunosupression medicine doses requires adjustment based on this test. Take a few minute and enter all your previous tacro level results with accurate date and time.
