I don't like it

great idea, but it has flaws: it erases my progress. the timer is inaccurate..please fix it.ita a really great app just those flaws

I don't mind that only 2 of the workouts are free. The problem is the timer is too slow. Each second is really about a second and a half. Therefore you end up working and resting longer than a workout says you are supposed to. Uninstalling.
