Just bought the Hello HCS-FS01, manual given is in Japanese which I do not understand a single word. Tried downloading this app to try to link the device but cannot even register an account both with android & ios. Tried all methods but nothing seem to work. Please do something about this or I shall exchange for another brand so that I can do data logging, thank you.

「本体の裏面にあるQRコードをスキャンしてください」と言われても、そんなものが本体にも取扱説明書にもオンラインマニュアルにもどこにもありません。スマホ連携ができると思って買ったのに、信じられない。
