The terms and conditions were so long that I did not find the courage or incentive to agree with them. 3usd a month for wave information is not a lot for the two or three summer months but 36 usd is quite a lot to pay a year. I needed to be reassured that opt out is easy but though I read Japanese I could not find that reassurance in the terms and conditions. The free trial does not seem. to even include wave information. The namiaru.tv website, presumably related is, however free.
