It is this app that is for the person who became want to stop because I do not like to measure time though I am stretching.
You can set the stretch time, register to create the original set list, and you will only have a stretch time.
And just play it when you like!
There's no record of play, so if you don't want to do it, don't do it and stretch it when you like.

[1 Tap stretch]
Once you start the app, you can easily stretch from start to finish with one tap.
Just choose from green, blue and red, the set list is freely editable.

[Playback speed]
Normal: One second is intact.
Fast: One second plays quickly when there is no time or when you are tired.
Slow: When you want to do more than usual, one second plays slowly.

[Stretch Timer]
Standby time: The number of seconds between the time between the start of the timer and the stretch and stretch.
Stretch time: Number of seconds per set of stretches.
Interval Time: number of seconds to pause between sets.
Repeat count: Number of sets of stretches.
