~Easily add mood building activities that help you feel accomplished and empowered.

MoodRing is a part of the Technology and Emotions (TECH-E) Study led by Dr. Ana Radovic, a physician at the Center for Adolescent and Young Adult Health at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh and a researcher in the field of adolescent mental health. The goals of the study are to understand whether patterns of smartphone use are related to symptoms of depression and if technology can help adolescents manage their mental health. The study is recruiting youth ages 12-18 with a prior or present history of depression and a smartphone.
