Use of this app requires an existing Care Valet membership, provided by your employer or group administrator. If you have not activated mobile access to your current membership before, you will be asked to provide Primary Member’s information to verify eligibility for service. No sensitive account information is ever stored on your mobile device; secure encryption is used to protect all transmissions.
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
