This app is jus making people to log a complaint, but we are not getting any reference number against the complaint for follow-up and couldn't even see the user profile account. This app need to work more on internal building of application. When we can't get a reference number of certain complaint what can we do or know how the authorities have responded.

No matter how many tickets we open for several issues, GHMC team will never resolve them and will close the tickets with dumb reasons. I reopened same tickets several times and were closed with out resolutions. Government organizations will never work for better society I think.
