QUALITY TESTING LABORATORY
Our production facilities consist of four quality testing laboratories, each of which has a special role in ensuring product quality.
HERBAL LAB
All herbal ingredients contained in Synergy products are provided by various vendors who have passed our stringent audits. In this laboratory, the herbal ingredients are identified by the genus and its species. They are then tested to identify the presence or absence of impurities, such as dust, ash, pesticides, and radiation.
MINERAL LAB
The samples are tested in the Mineral Laboratory to ensure the truth of all claims to minerals listed on the product label. In addition, each batch of finished products is tested to find the possibility of contamination, and guarantees the absence of hazardous minerals, such as arsenic, lead, aluminum, and cadmium.
VITAMIN LAB
The Vitamin Laboratory uses many containers. This is a testing ground for vitamins, liquid products, powdered products, capsules and tablets. Various tests carried out in this laboratory ensure that all claims listed on the label, including the percentage of vitamins contained therein are appropriate.
MICRO LAB
Now, we arrive at the fourth and final laboratory, and it happens to be the busiest laboratory in quality testing. Every basic material and every finished product is tested in this laboratory. In the Micro Laboratory, examples of basic ingredients and finished products are placed in a petri dish or petrifilm, where they are placed in a medium that accelerates the potential for bacterial growth. If our experts find signs of the presence of harmful bacteria, such as E. coli, listeria, or salmonella, the ingredients or batches of the product are removed.
COLLECTION, FILLING CONTAINERS & MIXING
In short, the issuing room is a place where basic materials are collected. Materials that have passed all the quality tests are sent from the warehouse and put into the collection room to be measured and weighed. This collection room is the first area on this tour where you can see employees wearing specially prepared uniforms. All of the basic material collected in the collection room is crushed to a certain particle size and poured into one of the specially designed metal containers and connected to the filling container space on the lower floor. the finished mixture is weighed again, and then taken to the mixing chamber where the ingredients are mixed evenly.
