About this app

burisma adalah buku harian sehat bersama yang berfungsi sebagai media edukasi, kontrol diri, eksplorasi dan kognisi. burisma berbentuk manual/buku dan aplikasi android. burisma diciptakan oleh Lina Yunarti, S.Kep, Ners (UPT Puskesmas Wanadadi 1, Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Banjarnegara, Jawa Tengah). Untuk aplikasi android bekerjasama dengan PSPTI FASTIKOM UNSIQ.

Adalah sebuah buku harian berbentuk seperti buku saku yang berisi catatan kegiatan yang menginformasikan aktifitas harian dan polahidup sehat yang sudah dijalankan oleh masing-masing individu dalam setiap kelompok sasaran. burisma merupakan akronim dari ''buku harian sehat bersama''.

Bernama buku harian karena burisma merupakan catatan aktifitas harian sesuai dengan parameter yang telah ditetapkan dalam kolom-kolom aktivitas. Sehat bersama artinya pengisian buku ini dapat dilakukan bersama-sama dengan anggota keluarga, dengan sesama anggota kelompok sasaran (peer education) atau dengan individu lainnya sesuai dengan kemampuan peserta. Mereka dapat saling membantu dan saling mengingatkan sehingga secara tidak langsung terjadi kontrol perilaku antar anggota.

Selain memiliki fungsi yang sangat penting, burisma juga bermanfaat dalam memberikan shock teraphy bagi pasien. Dengan mengisi burisma, secara tidak langsung pasien akan merasakan bahwa pada hari itu, aktifitas yang dilakukan masih aman, dalam peringatan atau sudah tidak aman lagi untuk dilakukan. Indikator ini dapat dirasakan pada saat pasien melakukan check list beberapa kali pada satu parameter negatif, atau sebaliknya belum melakukan satu aktifitas positif yang tercantum pada kolom aktivitas.
