As another said, I did the set up and then nothing. No help section period, so no way to know why the alerts don't work or why I can't get past first screen after making selections to see exercises. Nothing happens after restarting phone either, even though I selected the option for that. I finally noticed the last update to this app was made Sep 2013 and says, "hopefully now it runs on (Android) 4.2 too." So perhaps this app only works for people with really old versions of Android, which is probably rare since the updates include security changes and aren't optional through AT&T. The most recent version is Android 6.0.1.
