This is one of the dumbest apps I've ever seen. All it does is show whether or not you are receiving benefits and when they expire. Doesn't show your balances or anything. I'd rather just log into the website rather than have another useless app cluttering up my phone. The only reason it's getting 2 stars and not 1 is the ability to submit documents, but again, you can do all that just by logging into the website. This is essentially a waste of space.

Simplicity of uploading proof docs via cell pix a GAMECHANGER. Works seamlessly w/access.wi.gov, uses same login for ease. Expands capacity to provide remote support for assisting others to apply, maintain uninterrupted access to critical benefits. Clearly highlighted renewal deadlines, ability to view original, time/date-stamped photo submissions, check status = increased transparency & trust, significantly reduced stress, proving an effective tool for empowering self management of benefits.

Why does it take 24 hours for me to be able to upload documents? Defeats the purpose of downloading an app if there's a waiting period.
