The website was a pain to upload documents that were needed and I had to go down to turn in paperwork. This is working great for me and easy to use. I can change any information without having to search for it online and I am able to upload documents with ease. So glad they have this as an option now.

This was my first time using the app. It was very user-friendly. Prompts were easy to follow & downloading documents from my gallery was done with the touch of a button. Will use again.

So far App is easy to Use, although I did a SAR electronically and had a problem uploading documents! It only allows you to upload photos from your gallery instead of allowing it to upload actual saved documents!! My session timed out and was unable to go back in to the SAR to upload documents that were needed!

I used the app to submit my semiannual renewal for snap. They never checked it and sent ne a paper form saying my application wasnt completed before the due date. I have not received my snap benefits for this month. I have called both the customer service and my caseworker, emailed several times and still nothing. It is almost Thanksgiving. I have had to use the money i had saved up for my childrens christmas to get us food. I dont no what to do

I really like this app. Bc it is so much easier then filling out the pocket. I would tell anyone how easy it is to use and you can make your copies right on there app as you get ready to send in yiur stuff. They get it that day which u dont have to mail it in. Also if u need anything else for your caseworker, u will get notices from your caseworker telling u what it is right there.
