Beyond frustrating, I felt like crying from frustration. No help how many bicycle, traffic lights, buses, cars I gotta choose and still stops working just before finalizing the doc upload every time

I can't install it also I can't edit my adrress and I can't delete the original l can't delete or change the address. Because my adrress is 1150 commonwealth ave and the adrress which you still send the me the card is to 1150 1150 commonwealth ave. How can I change that edit or delete the original application?

I can't get past the third step on the fair fare app to upload documents. It doesn't let me finish uploading the document after the third step. It doesn't tell me that i have uploaded everything. What do i do.

much like the other apps. this app features constant crashing and down for "maintenance", then given zero other option but to use the app. god forbid folks who need assistance dont have the latest smart phones or data to download an app. what a poorly planned and classist idea that punishes the very people youre aiming to help.

You need a new computer system and programmer. This app is the most difficult app I have encounter . I have been trying for days to upload documents and it crashes on me always. We are not on 1988. You should keep up with technology. Javier Cordero
