Temperamental App. App does not always work correctly for time sensitive documents and have no way to confirm documents were received. Several times the app refused to send my documents and I had to resend on a different day.

My daughter did mines for me because I can't see that well. It's took her 5 mins to do everything and she was done. I'm so thankful for these apps. Now my daughter don't have to miss work to take me into the HRA OFFICE and sit for HOURS to give the 5 pieces of paper.
