It directs you to a NYS website to verify your vaccine info - folks that are having trouble might want to double check the info they are entering against the email confirmation they got when they registered for the vaccine. When I used my current zip code it didn't work, then I remembered that I used the zip code for the neighborhood next to mine bc that is the vaccine hub I wanted to go to. Once I reentered my info with that zip code, it was verified properly. The pass is then saved in the app.

Well, no issues from me. I had to answer simple questions to verify my vaccination, and was instantly provided my QR code. Didn't have to leave the app for anything. Just need to know your DOB and where/when you got your vaccination. Of course to use the QR code you'll likely need your ID.

Good app, but not enough information. It should have the dates, place and details of the vaccine administered, at least optionally. This would be helpful for travel. Should also have option to share data with airline and similar travel apps.

Keeps telling me I don't have a valid vaccination available. Worked once putting in incorrect date ( 1 week before 2nd dose ) . Says it needs an internet connection to get pass but everything else I try finds a connection . NEEDS WORK !!

I had no issue to obtain my pass. However try scanning the QR code. For me it redirects to a messy piece of code, when clearly it should show a copy of that same pass instead !

Totally useless. I was fully vaccinated at a NYS site. But whenever I try to complete the application (I've tried several times), it tells me no pass is available. Even worse, there's a form to fill out if you have a problem with a promise it will be corrected and/you will be contacted. I have filled the form out 3 times over a period of several weeks, with no resulting contact or correction in my information. NYS HAS TOTALLY SCREWED THIS ONE UP!
