This app frequently malfunctions. Lately I input my login information and it freezes on the sign-in page. I cannot access my benefits. And yes, I do have the latest and greatest version. I have gone so far as to uninstall & reinstall the app. Nothing works. Back to the paper copy I go...

UPDATE: just updated app and still doesn't work. Can't see benefits or anything still! Can't see anything on the app after recent update. After this most recent update, my appointment and any benefits are now gone. It's says no upcoming appointment or benefits. I know this is untrue because I just had an appointment less than a month ago to recertify. I worked perfectly fine before.

This app does not work it took forever for me to register and now it wont load and keeps freezing and wont login. When i finally got registered and login in it wouldnt show me anything. I tried uninstalling and redownloading and exiting out and everything still nothing. Really disappointed in this app.

I am unable to open the app. It just stopped with an error. Was working fine previously. Even With the latest upgrade its not working. I even uninstalled and installed it agin but the problem still persist.

Oof. Where do I begin? This app hasn't worked for me for 3 months, maybe? It is a huge inconvenience when I go grocery shopping to not be able to use the app, because I am losing out on redeeming so many of my benefits, as I do not know what is available to me. I have emailed the developers with screen shots of my phone information and specifics, etc. About 3 weeks later I got an email back saying they couldn't figure out how to fix it or what the issue was. Now app is "stopping" completely.

Update: I have the new version 3.2 and it still doesn't work. Hasn't worked in weeks. Can't even login in because the app won't open.. Guess I'll go back to the paper copy.
