I booked my first bicycle but i didn't knew that we had different bicycle stand in our sector so i accidently booked bicycle from the stand which was far from me.whe i went to pick up my bicycle they told me my mistake but i couldn't cancel the booking and couldn't book new cycle from that stand so i had to return empty handed. Advice: add option to cancel the booking and book new bicycle asap.

Worst app i have ever use, and registration form is totally use less why do you need any thing accept phone number, now a days every thing is linked to the phone number. Government G-Bike really waisted there mony on such stupid app. Even a school kid would have made better app then this. Even if some one made it fro free it doesn't worth the title of official app.

The worst application. I have registered and changed my password but now it shows wrong password. Even when I do forget password it shows the same one which I entered. There is no option for de registration too. No contact number is provided for such complaint. Even the site is showing only details of gbike project and no other information. Need much work on this application..
