RUNNING INJURY REHAB PLANS

The App guides you through each step of the injury rehab process for a seamless recovery.

Each rehab plan starts with easy, low-load exercises that gradually progress in intensity as your injury recovers.

Using your feedback after workouts, it provides clear advice on when to progress, maintain, or reduce the intensity of your exercises – helping you minimize flare-ups and keep on track with your recovery.

The plans end with an alternating run-and-walk program that gets you safely back into running.

The Injury Prevention plan coaches you to run safely and efficiently and prevent injuries with personalized strength and mobility workouts.

You’ll enhance the way you move, improve mobility, and build core and leg strength with fun, easy to follow workouts that include combinations of stretches, strength training, and balance exercises.

The plan also provides practical advice and helpful tips along the way so you can learn to structure your training better and get the most out of every exercise.

App Permissions

Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows an app to access approximate location.
