Ekotelemed is an interactive mobile application that provides you with immediate access to a state-of-the-art medical call centre, staffed with full-time, highly trained and licenses medical doctors and wellness experts. This service is available 24x7 to assist you with your medical and wellness needs from anywhere. You can talk to our medical experts without having to book an appointment.
The application provides a reminder feature that enables you set medication and appointment reminders so you do not miss your dose. This feature has push notification enabled so you get a notification each time a reminder you set is due.
This application provides health articles and tips tailored to your need on your feed.
Our doctors practice evidence-based medicine through NHS International guidelines to achieve the best clinical outcomes. We can manage healthy, acute and chronic conditions over the phone via voice/video calls as well as using virtual clinics. Our doctors will help you manage your condition, issue repeat prescriptions, give medication advice and arrange for lab tests and medication delivery, where available. If your condition requires being seen by a doctor in person, we will refer you to the nearest facility within the network of medical facilities provided by Lagos State Health Scheme (LSHS). Our service also includes customized wellness programs including nutrition, weight and stress management.
