almost give me a heart attack when the screen was off and the mobile played Bayomy Fouad loud voice next to me. Thanks for your reply but it had to be the other way around, make it disabled by default and then promot the service to the user who can then enable it or at least ask for my permission first time I open the app in a clear message to know and accept what will happen and not scare the user special if they are old or even use the normal notification and not human voice.
