I love my chart because I can send messages to all of my health providers like my doctors, nurses, or the office staff. I can double check and confirm my upcoming doctors appointments, track previous appointments and see my health summaries written by my doctor's from every visit. My favorite thing about my chart is how quickly I recieve test results, and having access to everything the doctor does about myself. Billing and payments is also included, but i have never had to use this feature.

They don't have enough messaging options and do not accept large enough photo record files. One should be able to see their own x-rays too.

Absolutely love this app easy check in, easy bull pay,can add appointments to calendars.

I love using this app but for some reason the last two weeks or so I have not been able to get into it. It keeps crashing and saying report issue or keep going. And then it completely shuts down and I can't get into it. You would think by now that they would have fixed the problem. It seems like many others are having the same issue. Please fix it's very important that I use this not only for my appointments but for my child as well. It was a great way to communicate with her doctor as well with mine. But if I can't use this app then what's the point of keeping it. Please fix as soon as possible.

Up until the past two to three weeks "MyURMedicine" app has been wonderful to use and has been such a godsend when I'm not at home with my computer. I've even used it in doctors' offices who are not associated with UR Medicine to show them results of my husband's tests that they don't have the results for. However, all of a sudden when I try to sign on to see test results, appts, etc. a box comes up that says, "Unfortunately, "My URMedicine has stopped," and below it in blue you can either hit "Report" or "Ok", which I have done. If I hit "ok" it just ends and if I hit "report" it takes me somewhere that I don't know how to navigate. I've tried several times to simply uninstall it and reinstall it, but every single time after the installation and everything is set up, when I log out and try to log back in, the same thing happens. This app is something that I really need with what my husband is going through with all of his appointments, infusions, test results, messages to and from our doctors and nurses, etc. Please, please someone tell me who to contact regarding this or tell me how I can resolve it. I'm stumped as to what to do next. Thank you.

Great start, but not as much info as the web site. Nowhere to see upcoming labs or similar reminders on the app. Unfortunately, the web site does not adjust well to a mobile device display. Otherwise, I'd just use the web site on my phone.
