Good idea but what about the people that work in retail that are faced with the clear danger of working with the public that are on the front lines

About this app

As a Healthcare worker, you are serving others during a very stressful time. The Heroes Health app supports you by helping you keep track of your mental health and easily find mental health resources. Information that you provide might also be reported anonymously at a large group level in reports that seek to help healthcare workers. Also, for individuals at participating institutions, the app also tries to help workers in 2 other ways. (1) Group-level, anonymous information from all those doing your type of work in your work area are summarized each week for your hospital’s leadership, to help them identify when workers in different areas of the hospital need more support. (2) If your responses indicate that you are experiencing a lot of symptoms, a mental health provider may contact you to thank you for your service, check on you, and see if you would like any help linking to care. This provider would treat your information with the same confidentiality that your doctor treats your personal medical record information.
