Downloaded this while coping with anxiety. Got to a point in the first exercise when it said, "When you feel calm and emotionally neutral, please hit 'Next'." Well, I guess I'm done for the foreseeable future.

Did not make it past the permissions step. I do not see why this app needs access to my contacts, nor do I want it to start when the phone boots. That winds up eating battery life.
