Talking to your doctor isn’t always easy. Medical records are complicated.

Docket™ is a secure system to seamlessly store and share data with trusted care professionals, eliminating tedious paper-based patient intake processes.

This app promotes HIPAA compliance through a User-managed Access approach and end-to-end encryption for all records as well as interoperability through industry-standard FHIR® messages. Authorization is accomplished via Quick Response ("QR") code scan and an explicit OAuth 2.0 handshake (Patent Pending, United States Application No. 15/053,494 & Canada Application No. 2,950,629).

Docket™ integrates with Apple HealthKit to collect and trend information from wearable devices such as physical activity, body measurements, results, and vitals. You can enable Docket™ to authorize access of this information to trusted care professionals at the time of appointment check-in.

Q: Which doctors have access to my information?
A: Docket™ puts you in charge of distributing your health information. Only you can authorize health professionals to see your information.

Q: Can my doctor view updates to my information after I've already granted access?
A: No, not until you re-authorize access to your information by "checking-in" again by scanning your doctor's unique Docket™ QR code. Docket™ puts you in full control of your health data.

Q: I have something I need to get off my chest. How does Docket™ help me talk to my doctor about difficult topics?
A: Use your Docket™ Boarding Pass to address your concerns. Then, authorize your doctor to access your information.

Q: Can Docket™ help manage my medication?
A: Absolutely. Use Docket™ to keep track of your medications. Reminders alert you when it's time to take your medications. And, your adherence data is recorded for you and your trusted care providers.

Q: Is my information secure?
A: Your data is always yours. Anything you share with your doctor or Docket™ is encrypted, both on our servers, on your phone, and while it's being transmitted. Every step of our process is HIPAA-compliant.
