This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Yogi Yoga on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

About this app

Yoga kan give ro og overskud samt styrke og smidighed i hele kroppen. Det er denne kombination af mental og fysisk effekt, som har begejstret mig ved at dyrke yoga og som jeg gerne vil forsøge at dele på mine yogahold.

Min undervisning er primært baseret på principperne i Hatha yoga.

Vi starter altid en yogatime med at lande på yogamåtten og få lidt ro på vejrtrækningen samt rolig opvarmning.
Derudover består mine yogatimer altid af stående, siddende og liggende stillinger samt oftest 1-2 balanceøvelser, hvor vi kommer hele kroppen igennem. Af og til vil der være et specifikt fokusområde for timen, f.eks. ryg
eller baller og lår. Hver time afrundes med afspænding.
Der vil i undervisningen blive taget hensyn til begyndere og øvede.
Der undervises i en rolig og afslappet atmosfære.

Der er yogamåtter samt stropper og blokke til rådighed.
