I've been trying to verify email for a while now. I keeps rejecting me. Save your money. Lazy team as well! Watch, they will give me the same reply as everyone else.

You have to have your data always turned on or the app wont work. You get signed out on a regular basis. Sucks if you know, youre working or outside outside of reception :( it shoudl jist work on bluetooth by itself.

Cant reach support, doesnt pair keeps getting rejected, and no email gets sent to confirm account. Takes many tries to connect, definitely not easy to use. Thermacell is much simpler and ease of setup isnt this hard

Ive tried to install then uninstall and tried to connect these stupud insoles and they just dont connect and is about the biggest 250$ plus tax ever spent. So much for warm feet all winter. I highly do not recommend anyone buy this product and i will post this as a not recommended thumbs down on my website in comparison to its leading competitor. I expected more from such a label and brand

Bought these Dakota thermalectric insoles. Does not sync with my phone. Returned product. Same thing with new pair. Tried on a different phone ( in using Samsung s8) used iPhone 10 still same thing. Would not recommend

WHO IS THE GENIUS THAT THOUGHT IT WOULD BE A GREAT IDEA TO ONLY LET YOU TURN ON THE HEAT WHEN CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET? I GOT 50 MILES BACK IN THE BUSH IN -40C TEMPERATURES AND NEED TO VERIFY MY ACCOUNT TO SWITCH THEM ON. THAT IS EXTREMELY STUPID.
