This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Wodzzly - Crossfit WOD on PC Windows and Mac.

At first glance there are many wonderful things about the this app! I would recommend this app to experienced athletes. Here's what I'd add: Cons: 1. No scalability feature ex. For those who cannot do muscle ups, snatches, or any other technical movements, I'd love to see an easy way to scale these for beginners so I could recommend my beginner clients this app 2. The timers are a little limited. I have workouts that are E2MOM every 2 min on the min. Minor inconvenience though

Please fix the navigation! + more workout! Whenever i pressed back, is resets the selection. For example I selected dumbell filter, then i go into one of the workout, and then i go back, it will clear my filter and show all workouts. Also please add more workout for dumbell.

Comprehensive workout of the day with warmups! Love this. Couldn't ask for more. Add in the timer and it's perfect. Just wish we had the option of picking the workout by target body muscles or something. But that's just a bonus not a necessity.

Love everything about this app, very simple to use with endless amounts of workouts. My only qualm is that they got rid of the timer, which was extremely helpful for tabatas and emoms. Made me very upset when they did that.

At fist glance it looks promising.. I get the feeling that the cross fit workouts are mail dominated. The first thing I see when I open the app is muscular males, not muscular males and females. The demonstrations are done only by mail figures even though you click on the female picture and expect a female to demonstrate the cross fit workout. The female pictures are few and there are so many strong females that are very motivational. The demos look very effective though..

No, currently it’s only available in English. But we are working hard on it to make it available in multiple languages.

Do I need any other equipment to do these workouts?
if you don’t have any equipment available you can use no equipment workouts. But for some CrossFit style workouts, you will need Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Jump Ropes, Pull-ups Bar, DIp Bar, and others.

What do the workouts look like?
