During registration, we will ask you a few questions just like a personal trainer- from fitness goals to your equipment to your current fitness level. Once your registration is complete, we use that information to personalize each workout for your goals, your equipment and fitness level. Just choose a workout, and press play to start the session. Once you start the session you’ll immediately see the player controls. You can use these buttons to give feedback, like making exercises easier, harder, or skipping ones you don’t want to do. Every time you press a button, Your Trainer adapts and learns. It is a constantly evolving system, making each session even more personalized.

Your Trainer provides you with unlimited workouts from 10+ certified personal trainers that adapt to you in real time. Training without ads during your session requires a subscription. The monthly subscription plan price is $9.99 per month (plus tax, where applicable). The yearly subscription plan price is $49.99 per year (plus tax, where applicable). The subscription will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Auto-renewal may be turned off in your Account Setting in iTunes after purchase. By completing your purchase, you certify that that you are at least 18 years old and that you understand and agree to the Terms of Service (www.yourtrainer.com/terms) and Privacy Policy (www.yourtrainer.com/privacy-policy).
