This is an 'okay' app. I'm not sure why there aren't many reviews on this, because I've been quite disappointed. Of course, like you would expect, most of the features are Premium only which is often very disappointing. I personally can't afford to purchase Premium so if I were to keep this app, I would have access to literally two things which just isn't worth it. Overall, I rate this app a two, I'm just not very pleased with the whole Premium situation. Thank you for your time.

Your App is a brilliant mix of wellness practices. I have really enjoyed exploring the sleep stories and beautiful music, as well as the more usual offerings of yoga and meditation. It feels like there is something for everyone here, different ages and also different types of practice.

You can turn off the auto-renewal at any time from your Google Play app’s ‘Payments & subscriptions’ settings, however, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term. To avoid renewal, you must cancel before your subscription or trial ends. Your account will be charged for renewal within 2 days prior to the end of the current period.
