App will not let me sign up or sign in. It keeps saying "the network connection is abnormal. Please check and try again". I've tried it with different wifi connections and routers and also with cellular data and with different phones. Nothing works. The app and watch are useless. ***UPDATE*** I decided to change my country to China instead of United States to see if it would let me sign up and it did. Don't know why it wouldn't let me otherwise but I was able to sign in and get the watch working

It's a very good app but there are issues. First, please change the current, ugly, hardly readable font face and use Arial or any other mainstream fonts. Second, make it compatible with the "Perso-Arabic" script. Finally, fix the issue of constantly logging the user out of the app and forcing them to turn on their location services when they power either the phone or the watch on and want to pair these devices.

The app in general lacks a lot of the functionality that even lower priced watches offer. For example clicking a selfie from phone by watch, not being able to set always on display,not being able to set brightness from, finding mobile by vibration only, finding watch, proper display of data, not being able to set custom faces other that a few ones app has. My suggestion is make the softwares open source & let the community take over & your watches will thrive. Your business will grow ten folds.

Delay the Data Synchronization on the Smart Watch if not in use, It's not necessary to sync the whole analysis in real time, Especially playing a mobile game. Unless the phone is idling in the home screen or pause it's sync to avoid slow down and heating up the phone while playing.

There is a bug on solar plus rt3. After the latest firmware update. It Keeps disconecting and realtime clock not working when disconnected to bluetooth. Also when i change to another facewatch, it keeps reverting to default watch face after the screen is off and on. Please fix this

Your app is very good, everything is very user friendly. I feel great but still have some bugs I want you to work on the app and bring some innovation to the app. Makes the app a little more interesting Bringing the best watch faces to every smart watch. But it would have been better if the watch face could have been used at 10-13 o'clock. That was my review, I hope you will work on it Thanks Haylou Team from Bangladesh 🇧🇩🤍
