App will not connect to watch. I have a fully changed watch directly by my phone. The phone itself seems to be able see the device (TW64). The app refuses to recognize the band. 'Pull down to refresh' function for connecting band does not work.

This is, by far, the worst piece of equipment (and accompanying app) that I've used to date. I literally completed a walk up 2-3 flights of stairs, and received an 'alert' that I'd been sitting for an hr and needed to walk *insert confused face here*. I walked about a mile, and only a few hundred steps registered. The only thing accurate on the app and watch was the TIME. Currently looking into how to get a refund.

The customer service is horrendous. I got the sport model watch, and after wearing it three weeks the stupid thing went crazy. It keeps vibrating every 20 seconds. I went through all the steps on their website before contacting technical support. Technical support was no help at all, they would only email the same trouble shooting steps the website already had me do. So they really don't have any technical support department. Avoid this company at all costs!

Cannot even get it connected i redownloaded it, turned off my watch, charged it all the way, and even looked up how to use it. No luck. Maybe I'm doing something wrong but it could be a little easier to check. If it gets better I will make a better review, if not, no dice.
