Just bought my device and am displeased. Wish I had looked it up beforehand, but I like to give things that look like they are what I am looking for a try. The GOOD points first: Fully charged didn't take long, easy to read and simple navigation (device and app). BAD points: did not track my sleep at all, I had to enter it myself.

Doesn't read my heart rate. The instructions say press the button 4 times to view your heart rate. When I do it just takes me back to the home screen. It does not give me accurate sleep data and it counts steps while I'm driving down the street so my steps are incorrect. I would really like to rate the IFitness higher but right now I'm disappointed in the product.

In general I've been pleased in the past with band and the app. HOWEVER, the new update SUCKS! It constantly syncs and drains my cell phone battery. Also, there are times when the band and app do not agree on the number of steps. I'm very disappointed in the new update. (If this was the first time using thus band and app, I would return it.)

I love my ifitness watch. It keeps my butt in gear. First time wearing it I set my goal to 10,000 steps and before I knew it half way through a regular day of working, taking care of house & kids Id already reached 20,000+ steps I was shocked never realised how much walking I did in just one day!!

had it for about 4 months and it's worked great; however it will no longer connect to my phone for some reason. My Bluetooth is on, I've tried restarting the phone, updating the app, refreshing and I keep getting a message that says the band is disconnected.

App is pretty good for tracking steps + if it's connected by bluetooth to your phone it will send (basic) notifications to the watch; however for sleep it just doesn't add up right says I got 4.1hours sleep when recorded sleep is light 1.7hours so is this to do with my "set" sleep time??? + how is it excellent quality when I've had (different night) 2hours deep vs 3.50hours light sleep it seems to tell me anything over 5hours is excellent quality regardless if it was light or not ... not useful!
