It has helpful excercises, and the music is fine. It's broken down into small pieces, which I find much easier than an hour long routine. The ads, tho! There are so many that cover necessary features, like the pause button, return to home screen, etc. They block part of the content no matter how many times you hide it. I get needing to have ads for a free app, of course, but when they are so prolific that they cover the content itself, making it hard to use, it's so frustrating.

The app is great! Good workouts and everything but when I updated the app it kept on changing the lbs to centimeters even though I especially put ft/lb and not cm/kg. So I deleted the app and reinstalled it but it was still the same and told me I was in "obesity grade III" so the update basicaly ruined the app :/

Plsss fix your app I have installed it twice by uninstalling it the app does not work when I open the open it just shows only 30 days challenge and the poster with it that it . I have waiting for 15 minutes to see if it opens it not this is shameful that reviews are good but the app is bad that does not work . Pls fix the problem.

I’m not one who works out, but I needed to get back in shape and be healthier. I love that I can look at the avatar if I’m confused on what to do but it will vocally wall me through it and count for me also. It’s quick and “easy”. I say easy because the give you good workouts but breaks in between so you can catch your breath. Don’t let it fool you though, You’re going to I feel it everywhere after just day 1. Curious to see how the rest of the month goes.

Love this app I needed to lose a lot of weight after two weeks of following the app I started to noticeably slim down. I love that you get everything you need in one app workouts, diet plan(with a shopping list), and a progress calendar showing you how many calories you have burned in the workouts how many days you have left etc. You can make the workout as easy or as hard as you like it’s very user friendly and It’s a great way to lose weight in a healthy way if you follow it exactly as it say

This app is awesome! No prom lens no complaints! I’m very young but I was over weight. I was able to lose 20 pounds in a month!!!! I love how you can add your weight and your goal! It’s very. Motivational and it definitely works I love the breaks! But now that I lost all that weight I don’t need breaks! Thank you so much to whoever made this app! It’s awesome!
