Since 2015 this app is the only way to go!! I Sub contract it is the easiest way to manage service calls. I am on board 100% When used properly its an valuable tool managing Networking & Telecom trouble shooting, installation work. If you are new to this app. LEARN how to use it, Follow the process on each service call. No paper is needed. Use an Android / Google compatible phone or tablet. I use a PIXEL and with it's perfect! Its a direct line from the job site. Any issues I have had turned out to be user error (me). If your a tech with TNI and not using the app your losing out. It is an awesome way to do business. EVERYONE should be using it. The industry will make it a standard. I can see a time when all work is handled on an app like this one.
