Had it for many years. Tried to "upgrade" to new hardware which was a disaster. No signal in my area, and tech support also stated I would not have any signal in wooded areas. REALLY, I have to tell dog not to get lost in the park! DO NOT UPGRADE, Whistle not made for Android and not for non-ATT users.

the device when working properly, is great. It didnt take long for it to stop working properly. Then, customer srvice did everything in their power to not admit that the device wss defective. After hey finally replaced it, it worked. Then, it stopped notifying me when my dog left the safe zone.

this service does not work. if your dog leaves the area you will get no response from the tracker or customer service. if the tracker malfunctions whivh it will you need to have the tracker in your hand to fix it but if the dog is gone you cant track it ti get it back

great to know if my dog is missing i can find them within 10 feet of the apps location.

Does the job for a payed service, but is clunky and buggy, the device itself is randomly in synch. Company releases new products and forgets about the people that trusted them in their early days. Looking for other options to track my dogs.

I have had this tracker for about 4 years and it has not changed at all! Makes me think you only have 3 programmers that only think about future costumers than the ones they have. I will not update my tracker, I will go somewhere else!
