Great app, must be technical issues some people are having to rate it so poorly, I can't think of any problems that I have personally had with it, I only have a small handful of apps that I actually download led and this is one, I highly recommend it

App is good, can I request for additional features as auto calculator of calories burned based in BMI.

I paid and got Whoops Something is wrong. Nothing unlocked. I tried to register on the support page which seems impossible. It says I am registered but I get no email and no password. There are no alternate contact details and no one realises there is an issue. No one contacts you back. This may not be a bad app. But the support is horrible.

I like the App. I mostly love the themes. It makes fasting a lil more enjoyable. However I dont like the idea of paying $9.99 and being forced to joing the other websites. I think $9.99 is pricey. I highly recommend having the option to join in on the other 2 apps if thats wanted. And if not then the user should be offered a very smaller rate to use just the fasting app itself. I often do extended fast and think its unfair that if one is not a premium user you can only do up to 23 hours.

Can only give it one star as of right now. Tried to get the premium but keeps saying woopsie something went wrong yet when I check my subscription in Google play it says I have it. I can't use any of the premium things. If it gets resolved then I'll change my review. Would hate to have to delete it without giving it a try..... To update my review, in response to my review I have emailed y'all twice and have gotten no response. I'm not emailing you again. This app STINKS!

Would be better if there was an option for a 12 hour clock, so you could go back and change your fast start time. Sometimes I forget to click "start fasting" on time and realize after 20 mins I've been fasting.

Fasten is a friendly fasting tracker app used for intermittent fast or customized fasting regimens. You can customize your fasting time, get reminders & notifications on when you achieve your fasting goal. Fasten allows you to keep track of your daily progress, and set a countdown timer to keep yourself motivated.

About Intermittent Fasting:
When you eat, you store energy in the liver as glycogen. But after 10 to 12 of fasting, your glycogen reserves will be deficient, which means you'll start to convert fat into energy for your body and brain. The longer you fast, the more fat you'll burn.

It is recommended to start with a 12-hour fasting window, then work your way up to a 14 or 16-hour window.
