I think this app is beneficial because it gives you a way to remember to take your medicine and to get some exercise on a regular basis. It also provided me with useful info as bout my health problem, managing it & the different treatment options. It also helps me feel more connected because I can communicate with my case worker and my social worker through this app. Doing all of my daily tasks makes me feel that I'm doing something positive to help myself.

BlueForMe, from your local Blue Cross Blue Shield, securely connects you by smartphone or tablet with a nurse from your Care Team.

To get started, your Care Team will send you an access code. Once you’re set up, you’ll be able to send a message whenever you want personalized help managing your health. On the app you’ll also find helpful articles and videos that are relevant to you.

You can also use BlueForMe to set reminders for your medications and appointments, track your steps and progress over time and view personalized health recommendations.

We’re here to support you and help keep you healthy, and the app is no extra cost.
