This app is so nice and so efficetive that i have been using since two days and it is showing really good effect on me. Its a bit challenging but it is really very good app and there is a voice recorder which help me like as my coach. It is tough in begginig but it will so good impact on me

Workouts with limited jumping for bad knees. I love everything about the app except the fact that you can't pick up where you left off on a workout day. The workouts themselves can get 1 1/2 long so it would be nice to back out of a workout to finish at the end of the day. When you back out of an unfinished workout, all progress is lost and the app will not show any activity on the progress leaderboard. The voice counting is great! It works well with spotify. She wont count and calls breaks.

Many times I tried to get into shape with some app exercises and healthy diets but nothing was good enough. I've tried almost every exercise app during these years and I must say that this app is the winner, belive me its the best app for instant getting into shape. And it really does work. Ive been doing one day pauses between every 3 or 4 days of exercising and it still had such an incredible efect. Specially at my abdominal area. Soooo recommend it to anyone.
