Hello my name is Sarah, and I've been using the doctor gratis app in the past and it worked very well, (I was so happy with it and loved it so much) but lately when I open it, all it does is load and load and load... Is there any reason as to why this is happening, can't be fixed? P. S. I sent an email to the email shown in the app developer information box and it kept coming back as "address not found"!??

This apps was not of my liking the app does not get you a response in
minutes like the app said it's been like a day or two and I still haven't
received a response from a doctor like they said would not recommend
