When they say you get what you pay for, this is not what I had in mind. This is way worse! The tracker band has a mind of its own at times from shutting off to switching screens when not even touched to steps & distance stopping. Very annoying. As for this app.....yikes! It crashes every day, multiple times a day. Even when the app isn't even open or when the band is off. It's excessive! If the band could function without the app, it would be better. Better to spend more money for a FitBit!

I was loving this app and my band. But the latest upgrade seems to have crashed my bracelet and now I can't get it working again. Support is just "oh send us an email" but I currently have my doubts about how that will go. It's too bad too because up until now I've been recommending that my friends look at these bands too. Not anymore.

At least i can set the time on my new i9 fitness phone watch . The app they want you to use is not able to link up with and the interface of 2.0 is unusable. With this one i can at least get correct time and date synced with my phone. Not too happy, but i will make do... Why would you not make sure the application works before presenting it as functional and easy to use? When it is obviously not working. Please update the application or make existing apps english so i can use them.

App and watch not connected. I have 2 watch with the same type. Both can not connected. Waste so much time to install and try to match the time. End it to rubish. Can not use the watch

Had I read the reviews before update i wouldn't have done it. True it doesn't connect after the latest update. Moreover ads... really ads in between the app

I've used this app for 3yrs. It used to be mediocre and I didn't like that one cannot download the data from the phone to eg Excel to do one's own analysis. But recently it has become much worse, with almost impossible bluetooth connection and from April we simply cannot open the app without accepting a privacy statement written in Chinese, which I'm not fool enough to do. Also I note the latest update says 'firmware upgrade'. Could be interesting, could be dangerous!
